Dear Sir,
This is with reference to your Tender Number. 805/RAY/HOSHANGABAD/2014 dated 25/10/2014 for “For preparation of Slum-Free City Plan of Action (SFCPoA) and DPRs for Indentified 1st year slums in Nagar Palika Hoshangabad under RAY” and the EMD amount Rs. 1,72,192/-deposited with the said tender vide D.D. Number 325001 dated 27/02/2015 drawn on State Bank Of India, Saltlake Sector - V Branch, favour of Chief Municipal office, Nagar Palika Hoshangabad.
The tender proceedings have been done in our presence as per rules and regulations. Both technical and financial bids were scrutinized as per rules. We had participated in the bid and since we have not been the successful bidder, so we request you to kindly release the EMD.
We understand that the said tender is awarded to somebody else, hence, we request you to refund our EMD Amount Rs. 1,72,192/- lying with you.
